After decades in the general trade, he built American Water Heater Pros as a dedicated water-heater operation: a shop that knows which heat-pump units actually perform in a 40°F New England basement, which tankless models honor their spec sheets at a 45°F winter inlet temperature, and which tanks quietly rust out at year eight.
