How long does a water heater installation take?
A standard tank water heater replacement typically takes 2-4 hours. Tankless installations may take 4-8 hours depending on whether gas line upgrades or new venting is needed. We'll give you an accurate time estimate before we start.
Do you offer emergency water heater repair?
Yes. We offer same-day service for water heater emergencies in southern NH. If your water heater is leaking, making strange noises, or you have no hot water, call (603) 440-8113 and we'll get to you as quickly as possible.
How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement?
Generally, if your water heater is under 8 years old and the repair cost is less than 50% of a new unit, repair makes sense. If it's over 10 years old, frequently breaking down, or leaking from the tank itself, replacement is usually the smarter investment. We'll always give you an honest assessment.
What brands do you install?

Do you pull permits for water heater installation?
Yes. New Hampshire requires permits for water heater installations, and the shop's Master Plumber license (#3613) covers all permitting. This ensures your installation meets code, passes inspection, and doesn't void your homeowner's insurance.
